The Bay was seeking to increase the outdoor profile of their Yonge & Queen flagship Toronto location. Envision’s first step was to conduct extensive on-site field research. This, in concert with client consultation, led to a visually stunning turnkey execution. Special attention was given to meeting all applicable security and safety regulations. Envision also ensured that the large scale exterior signage blended seamlessly with this unique heritage building, This included securing proper zone approvals and permits, and aesthetic agreement from all relevant parties. The Bay is the main brand of The Hudson’s Bay Company, the oldest commercial corporation in North America. |
